Purpose: The purpose of this work was to apply the associated models of leadership, strategy, and innovation to a specific scenario within an organization. Creative strategy tools and creative innovative tools were used to develop a strategical approach for TEACH ABC leaders to use as they work to address recent growth across their community. Through examination, this presentation demonstrated how TEACH ABC’s approach towards change must encompass a strategic mindset that focuses on positive organizational change, learning, and growth.

Why I Selected This Artifact: This artifact comes from OL 654 and aligns with program learning outcome number five, developing and integrating creative, adaptive strategies that promote positive change and innovation. Throughout this artifact, evaluation, analysis, and integration of organizational development and effectiveness were applied through the use of strategic and innovative tools to improve organizational change and growth. As TEACH ABC faces change, leaders must develop a strategic approach that aligns with the organization’s core values, ensuring the work done is reflective of employee and organizational values and purpose.  

Program Learning Outcome and Course Objective: The artifact shared meets the course objective and program learning outcomes by demonstrating how the development and integration of creativity, and adaptive strategies can promote positive change and innovation. This is done by making innovative connections with strategic management approaches, as well as assessing, strategizing and monitoring organizational development and change.
